The scupture by Professor Phillip King CBE, England, is made of reinforced plastic, foam filled. It conjures up the chaos and upheaval of man's world - contrasted by the calmness of nature. Yet threatened and seemingly bound together in a doomed scenario. Phillip King is one of the most noted sculpters in the world.
