The Australian Youth Olympic Festival was held from 16-20 January 2013. It brought together 1700 of the world's finest young athletes from 30 nations to compete in 5 days of competition in 17 sports. The Australian Youth Olympic Festival is an initiative of the Australian Olympic Committee.
